Botomate, Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Email address. If you submit your email via our signup form, it is stored by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) on our behalf and used solely to send you product updates and announcements you requested.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, device type). This data does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address only to send the updates you signed up for. We use analytics data to understand how our site is performing and improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Third-Party Processors

Mailchimp processes email subscriptions on our behalf and is subject to its own Privacy Policy. Google Analytics processes anonymized usage data and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Cloudflare provides network security and performance services.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, and your address will be removed promptly.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy periodically. We will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date.
